Executive Summary: Summary of your business, operations and finance – 5 lines max.

Company Description: Business description defining an opportunity or a problem solution.

Market Analysis: Market opportunity identifying the potential customers.

Organization & Management: Organization structure required to manage the business operations.

Products & Services: What are the products or services customers/consumers will purchase?

Marketing & Sales: Define marketing and sales strategy to reach prospective customers.

Financial Projections: Estimated sales revenue & expenses over next 3 years.

Funding Requirements: Investment required for next 3 years.
